delivery
When will I get my delivery once the order is placed?
During checkout, you can choose a delivery date that makes sense for you. Orders are sent frozen using an overnight delivery service so they arrive on the date that you’ve chosen. Orders placed after the daily cut-off may arrive the next day.
Which courier company manages your deliveries
We work with several courier partners, with APC handling most of our nationwide deliveries.
What time will my order arrive?
Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a delivery notification with an estimated delivery window for the day.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes. Delivery costs £6.99. Orders that cost over £150 qualify for free delivery.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Will my order stay frozen if I am not home?
Our packaging is designed to keep the canapés frozen and below -18℃ for at least 24 hours. If you are not home when delivery arrives, the contents should remain frozen during this time. As soon as you return, the boxes should immediately be put into the freezer.
Do you deliver over Bank Holidays?
No. We currently do not deliver on Mondays or Bank Holidays. This is because of the nature of the delivery, and to make sure that we can keep the canapés frozen in transit. If we delivered on a Monday or Bank Holiday, we would not be able to ensure this, as the delivery would be in transit for longer than we can guarantee.
How do the canapes arrive?
Your orders arrive in a strong cardboard box clearly labelled for safe delivery. An insulated liner inside the packaging helps maintain the temperature, and dry ice keeps the canapés frozen during transit. Please follow the enclosed instructions for safe handling and disposal of the dry ice and place the boxes straight into your freezer once received
What are the instructions on delivery?
Every delivery includes clear instructions explaining how the packaging works and how to handle the dry ice safely. Once unpacked, you can just place the canapé boxes in your freezer until you are ready to use them.
My delivery hasn't shown up. What do I do and who do I contact?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue with the courier.

If your order arrives partially or fully defrosted, please take photographs and email them to hello@easycanapés.com as soon as possible so we can investigate.
I'm missing an item from my order. What do I contact about this?
From time to time, mistakes can happen. Please contact us immediately if something is missing, and we’ll investigate and resolve the issue.
