Who creates your recipes?
Our head chef, Angie, works closely with a team of professional chefs to develop every recipe in our product range. All of our canapés are carefully created, tested and refined in our West London kitchen to guarantee great flavour and elegant presentation.
Why did you choose frozen as your format?
We chose frozen canapés because they allow you to enjoy the same quality and flavour as freshly prepared food while making entertaining far more flexible. By flash-freezing, we lock in the freshness and flavour while giving you the freedom to prepare ahead of time. You can cook exactly what you need when you need it, and keep the rest stored for a separate occasion. This reduces waste and makes hosting a much less stressful affair.
Are your canapés suitable for large events?
Yes. Our frozen canapés are perfect for small gatherings and large events alike. As they’re supplied frozen, it’s easy to scale up quantities for bigger occasions. The most important thing to consider is making sure you have enough freezer space for storage.
