How do I store the boxes of canapes?
Each box is designed to be stored easily in your freezer until you are ready to use it. The canapés should remain frozen and can either be defrosted or cooked directly from frozen, depending on the product instructions, which are clearly stated on the box.
How long will the canapes last in the freezer?
Every box comes labelled with a best-before date. When properly stored in a freezer at -18℃ or below, they can be kept frozen for up to six months.
What temperature should they be stored at?
All of our canapés should be stored at -18℃ or colder and kept frozen until you are ready to prepare and serve them.
Can they be refrozen once cooked?
No. Once cooked, our canapés should not be refrozen for food safety reasons. Always discard any cooked leftovers.
What happens if my order arrives partially thawed?
We always test our packaging carefully to make sure that your canapés arrive frozen and in excellent condition. If your order does arrive partially thawed for any reason, please contact us right away so we can investigate and resolve the problem.
